October Challenge - The Scrapbook Store - Memories Layout

The new sketch for October has just been released on The Scrapbook Store, and what a gorgeous sketch Nadia created this month.  To enter for a chance to win a $40 shop voucher and free postage, pop on over to the 'Gallery' and upload your take on the sketch.
This is my interpretation of the October sketch, using the beautiful paper collection called 'London Market', by Pink Paislee.

My border was created using the Martha Stewart Double Edge Punch 'Doily Lace', so very pretty.  I used the Cheery Lynn Designs French Pastry Doily Die beneath my arrangement, it has such fine, delicate details.
The above photograph give a close up view of the beautiful flowers - Encore A by Prima Marketing, and the Idyllic Pink beautiful rose. Dimension was added to chipboard pieces using Adirondack Paint Daubers in Shell Pink and Snow Cap. I seriously love this paint, it is perfect to use on so many surfaces, but works wonderfully with chipboard elements.

I used my trusty, beloved Helmar 450 Adhesive which is such a brilliant product for adhering items.  You can find it in The Scrapbook Store 'Here'.  If you have not tried this adhesive as yet, please give it a try, you won't look back!

The actual layout is of 'me' as a young girl (gosh where have those years gone?) ready to accept my first Pointe ballet shoes, I was so proud.
Do take the time to visit The Scrapbook Store Blog, for product releases, inspiration and all the 'news', and you can always keep up with the latest news by subscribing to the newsletter...

I'm looking forwards to sharing with you my creations with the gorgeous kit I received this month, and will be back soon with further inspiration!
